Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Micheal Lyons
As a native of Newark in central Ohio, Pastor Lyons is a 1989 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene College in Mount Vernon, Ohio, who also studied at Kentucky Mountain Bible Institute in Vancleve, Ky.

After school, he worked for a year in his home church, First Church of the Nazarene in Newark, as a volunteer, Sunday school teacher and as a supply pastor before taking on his first job as pastor at Cumberland, Ky., Church of the Nazarene.
Pastor Lyons also served as pastor for the following Nazarene churches before Uniontown. They are London, Ky.; Grace Church in Mansfield, Ohio; Crothersville, Ind.; First Church of the Nazarene in Morgantown, W.Va.; and Walnut Hills Church in Huntington, W.Va. He took a short sabbatical when he worked as a supply pastor for South Hills Church near Charleston, WV.
